In the last few chapters, Tomoe wanted to become human desperately to be by Nanami's side. He even accepted the drink from Kurama which he thought he would really become human. He was stopped by Nanami who considered the consequences but nonetheless still drank it, only to be turned into a fox. This showed that Tomoe wanted to be by Nanami's side no matter what it takes. Why is this anime liked mostly by girls? Is it worth watching if i am a guy? The response here is subjective but i would say yes. The thing is that the female lead's personality is fairly simple with some special qualities that are still human like kindness and sensibility which makes female readers relate easier to her. On the other hand the male lead is what girls would imagine to be the dream personality of a possible male partner so it is basically like this manga nailed most of the male traits to suit female readers. I personally find it to be adorable how girls think these days. While she is normally seen in her school uniform, she'd occasionally wears dresses, blouses and pants, kimonos, and formal wear outside of school or any given situation when dealing with demons of every kind.In the resulting battle, Tomoe's sword was broken by the superior weapon and he was mortally wounded. He fled to the countryside only to collapse near a river, dying, with a band of armed humans hot on his trail. He made a last desperate effort and transformed himself into a child to fool his pursuers. However, this too came perilously close to failure, if not for the timely arrival of a certain beautiful and kind young girl. If Nanami gave up (didn't time travel) on Tomoe, both of them would cease to exist (Yukiji, her ancestor would be killed by Akura-ou and Tomoe would die in the riverbank). She is able to change people with her great determination and kindness, making them just the right way and helping them with their problems. And also can be changed and determined by those around her too. Kurama is a Tengu (Crow) Yokai from Kurama Mountain. They developed a lingering hatred for each other, mostly due to Tomoe's jealousy towards Kurama's ability to understand Nanami and her human emotions. Though in the end, they become friends in a way. He is mostly seen giving Tomoe advice on Nanami's human feelings. In the Kurama Mountain arc, in the end, Kurama gave Tomoe the advice to tell Nanami how he felt about her, saying that "a human's life is too short" and that he would never get any other chances. (Tomoe eventually tells Nanami, "I like you too," but she was drunk when he told her that, and thus she didn't remember the words.) Unfortunately, there is no news of an upcoming Kamisama Kiss: Season 3. Even worse, it’s unlikely to ever happen at all. Although Seasons 1 and 2 don’t finish the manga’s plot, the two OVAs do skip to almost the end. J. Michael Tatum Tomoe (巴衛) is one of the deuteragonists of the anime Kamisama Kiss and Manga series.
