Overall, I highly recommend House Flipper on PS4 for anyone who loves interior design, home renovation, or just wants to try something new.

I tried playing the game like this for a few hours and it is pretty much the PC version on the PS4 in terms of the controls. You’ll also be picking up trash, cleaning windows, and scrubbing the floors and ceilings in every single house due to the owners literally trashing the place before they hired you. You know, when you’re in love, you can’t get sleep… because of your kids screaming around the clock! A place where time slows down, and the friendly residents are ready to entrust you with their homes.

So, whenever I discover something like this, there are two things I do; first of all, I look online for any cheats or hidden commands – House Flipper doesn’t have any – then I see if we can do things the controller can’t. To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average.

Thirdly, there is a new DLC pack which is ‘coming soon’ which I really want on the PS4 – the HGTV DLC. A lot of the items within the game look like they were created using actual scans of real-life objects, and the detail is quite good – even up close.
