About this deal

These graphene thermal pads can be used as an excellent alternative for thermal compounds from the higher performance segment.

I have been using this on my 4090 for 6 months with amazing results -- the PTM Sheet that came OEM developed a bald spot and i had a 30C delta on hotspot vs core with fans at max ramp, now I can't hear it anymore while gaming. Had 7900XTX from Gigabyte and slowly after few months temps have risen to over 100 because of pump out, even though at first it was only at 87. What matters more is how well it cools, if it's easy to apply, etc, which is exactly what I'll be looking at in this review. Around the same time, I stumbled upon a review from Jays2cents, a review of KryoSheet Graphene thermal interface sheet from Thermal Grizzly. This makes me think that for direct die applications it might be better than a traditional paste while also having insane longevity.Hard Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 1TB | Hard Drive: Western Digital Blue WD10EZEX 1TB | Power Supply: EVGA Supernova G2 850W | Cooling: Corsair H100i V2 | Cooling: Corsair ML120 Pro x5 | Case: CaseLabs SM5 | Operating System: Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB 64-Bit | Monitor: Dell U2414H | Monitor: Dell U2414H | Monitor: Asus VG248QE | Keyboard: WASD CODE 87-Key - Cherry MX Clear | Mouse: Zowie FK1 | Mousepad: Artisan ZERO MID Black Large Mouse Pad | Audio: JDS Labs Element | Audio: Sennheiser HD 599 | Audio: Samson Q2U | Audio: Swan M50W Powered 2. Got PTM on my 6900XT and the 5900X, destroyed the Kryonaut on the GPU, just slightly outperforms it on the CPU but comes with the plus that it will last forever without the need to reapply. The graphene thermal pads of the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be used as an excellent alternative for thermal compounds from the higher performance segment.

Packages received after 10 business days will not be accepted and the warranty period will be considered voided and cancelled. Pro tip is to use a bit larger and put some small thermal paste dots in the substrate corners, so it sticks while you align the heatsink on. Seems odd since I'm running IC Diamond thermal paste which has never had a problem for me in the past. According to the manufacturer, the pad is made from Graphene, which is a single layer of carbon atoms arranged in a special pattern. The Kyrosheet will keep itself together far longer and maintain the heat dispersion better than any paste, sitting on any IHS. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet as a high-end product offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. But if you're already running a high performance thermal paste, skip the KryoSheet, and stay with the thermal paste, or switch to liquid metal. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to the usual aging that is the case with traditional thermal grease. Please include what you were doing when this page came up and the Cloudflare Ray ID found at the bottom of this page.

The Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet offers a way to skip the paste, instead using a thermally conductive graphene sheet you cut to size and place on the CPU die. This increased thermal conductivity is not only due to the choice of material, but also to the innovative manufacturing process. But if vertical and back mounted cooler or server this wouldn't be so easy to use unless you added a dab of thermal paste/. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag.Ive tried several graphene variants, and concluded that in every use case outside of a test bench, PTM7950 is the superior choice in terms of thermals.
