This movement lifts the probe in the vagina and the indicator stick moves downwards indicating a correct contraction. Insertion of the probe is sometimes made easier by the use of a very small amount of water-based lubricant. You or your therapist can use a pelvic floor trainer or probe on its own or with a biofeedback device to check that your pelvic floor contractions are healthy and that you aren't at risk of injury. This easy-to-use device acts as a visual aid by showing you if your muscles are contracting the way they should.By considering these factors, you can select a pelvic floor exerciser that suits your preferences, goals, and helps effectively.
