Honestly, I’m not sure that Sloane is capable of letting someone claim him, but he certainly makes my heart race. Hopefully I put my trust in the right people because betrayal on it’s own is terrible, but to be betrayed by those who swore to protect you? Ashton, Felix, Misha, Talon and of course Rhodes are the infamous leaders of The Exiled and Palmers focus. Ever since her Emerald Lakes series and I heard that this book was coming out, I didn’t even need to check the blurb.

I've been looking forward to Demons In My Bed for what feels like forever, I think it was Emerald Lakes book two, I stumbled upon DIMB and thought, 'oh, now that's a book I need! Twists and turns, so much left hidden and not revealed, the frustrating thing with that is god my anticipation levels have spiked up for the next book! I don’t normally reread or listen to audiobooks more than once but I can’t help myself with this one. Her mission requires she get close, but one wrong (or right 😉) step could have her trapped in their thrall forever.The mouth on this man (honestly on all of them, again save for Rhodes) I was ready to volunteer as tribute. I had a note early on that said “Poor Rhodes…” and a few moments later “I rescind that, he needs to take 2 chill pills and calm the eff down,” and honestly that kind of mood fits for him across the book. Big, bad, hunky demons with the perfect dirty talk, with some happy to please one of the other demons while Palmer is being pleased at the same time.

I was promised a sexy, monster kink fest with dirty demons that like to cross swords and a sarcastic kick ass female main character and that’s exactly what I got.I can’t say as much about him because it gives things away but IF I was going to pick a favorite it would be him.
