It’s funny how once you know a little about a subject, you start to see how often the subject comes up and how much there is to learn.

My first product was a DVD imaginatively titled “Dualsport Riding Techniques”. Since no one has a DVD player anymore, it is not still for sale, but I thought it was pretty good. This kit includes everything needed to put one rearview mirror and two side mirrors on your UTV/Side-by-Side:

The RAM mount allows it to pivot when hit, and makes it easy to fold or remove. Fits either left or right side. One small annoyance we experienced with the Double Take folding dual sport mirrors was that they sometimes lost their adjustment after riding at higher speeds. The mirrors stayed in place under 80 mph but when traveling any faster, the constant wind pressure would start to push them out of adjustment. Cranking down the twist lever made this occur less frequently. We specialise in the supply of parts & accessories for Trail, Adventure and off-road motorcycles. Doubletake Mirrors was born when my passion for riding met my frustration with bad mirrors. One night I had an otherwise minor crash and the OEM mirrors broke both master cylinders on my KTM 950, and I thought “there has to be a better way”. Doubletake Mirror are Indestructible mirrors for dual-sport and adventure motorcycles. RAM mounted for adjustable, impact protection & ease of folding. This kit has all the adaptors and hardware you may need to install the mirror on majority of motorcycles. My partner in that business and I got countless messages from people who had gone on a trip they might not otherwise have attempted, and their excitement positively glowed out of their messages. This is the fun part, because it involves riding motorcycles! We put a ton of miles on our products, trying them in every situation we can conceive of, to see if we can find a better way.

The breakaway design of the Double Take mirrors makes it possible to ride off-road safely without folding down the mirrors.
