There were plenty of twists and turns that had me feeling like my heart was about to come out of my chest. The more subjective part comes down to the fact that the nice choir boy vibe oozing out of Amo is certainly not the vibe I seek for in a mafia romance. Nonetheless, I’m happy to report that she delivered with amogreta and that this is her best books in years.

Growl/Cara and Romero/Lily are two of my favorite couples of Cora so it’s nice to see their kids get together. Amo being stupid enough to take some gold-digging bitch' virginity and then being forced to marry her?However, it must not be forgotten that they would not have managed to gain the respect and loyalty of others if not for two strong women who always stand by their side - Aria and Serafina.

Every emotion that accompanied me while reading By Fate I Conquer has made and I am sure will make many readers that Amo and Greta will remain in our hearts forever. By Fate I Conquer is without a doubt my favorite Cora Reilly book right now, even with all the OW drama. Personal opinion: The Nino-Greta relationship is amazing, the way they understand each other, communicate and support each other, is one of the best you can read in this book.I was super pissed at Luca for starting that gunfight while Remo and the others were in his territory for Amo's wedding. I had never wondered what other people thought of my body, but I did now, wondering what Amo had seen when he’d looked at me. I have no qualms about repeating that I loved Amo×Greta as a couple, they were still so adorable and cute together.
