We are aiming to stage the first performance of this brand new show with your help. Our goal is to put on a performance of Wolf Tamer at the Old Fire Station, Oxford next February, followed by a Q&A led by representatives from Restore (an Oxford based mental health charity). Ferocity - Ferocity pets are strictly damage dealer type pets. What world has rare wolves with teal fur? What world has kids with naturally teal hair? I want to know about that world. The characters are strong, compelling and easily capture readers’ attentions right from the start. The chemistry sizzles and the passion is hot while the romance is quite sweet. Harper tugs at readers’ heartstrings as this first part of the romance gives readers her beginnings and how she came to be where she is at and how she came to fall in love with Ian, her first love. The story is full of emotional turmoil and has some devastating events including betrayals, secrets, and outright lies which makes it hard put for any reader to remain emotionally detached from the characters and their story. Until about the last 15% - 20% of the book the plot was kind of non-existent. Most of it revolved around Harper and Ian's relationship at the Sacred Moon Shelter for Endangered Wolves, and their search for answers about Harper. It's clear that her "imaginary friend" is really her wolf, but without knowing where Harper came from, why her family was killed or why she was hunted, they're drawing at blanks as to whether she'll ever be able to shift. Then towards the end BOOM - all of a sudden a lot of things are revealed, including why this is classed as a reverse harem. However, I find myself wondering whether it's too little too late. Tenacity - Tenacity pets are your tank pets. This family of pets have an extra health bonus, and the talent tree talents are build around survivability, buffing allies, and taunting enemies. Tenacity pets such as Bear or Crocolisk make excellent solo quest leveling pets. It wasn't totally clear why certain actions were taken, and how those actions were for protection. Although it could be that those were manipulated to think those were protective actions, so I found it hard to determine what I felt about these. It was also hard to determine at the end who had known what all along, and I'm not sure all this information was consistent. there haven't been room to get to know any of the other characters. I will still be reading the next book, and hopefully that will be better. There's just enough of interest here to warrant 3 stars, but barely. First there's the Mary Sue characters who when they were discussing their own flawless appearances made me want to yak. Because seriously? Conceited much? Then there's everyone's ridiculous height, she six foot and all the men are at least 6'5" apparently they're from the land of giants. Not really but come on was making them that tall really necessary? I could go on about the appearance stuff for a while because it was downright ridiculous. The behavior of pups is the same as tamed wolves. Pups have larger heads, similar to other animal babies.
